anyways, my father and i went to pick up my grandmother and uncle at the airport. we got there around 6:40 and their plane arrived at 6:41 according to the tv screen. so we started seeing people coming down the escalator from the gates. now, i didnt expect them to be the first; considering they probably sat in the middle of the plane and my grandmothers knees, i figured they would be near the middle of the pack. so we wait.. and wait.. and wait! i mean, after about 15 minutes of waiting i was so tempted to take just a random old asian woman and bring her home as our new grandmother. anyways, as we wait i notice the pilots and the stewardesses were coming down the escalator. i was like whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..

long story short, they came a few minutes after the pilots. dont get me wrong, im thrilled theyre here. i missed granny a-plenty. im just saying i saw a guy with a limp come down before the pilots. i mean, cmon hoogens.. u guys couldnt beat a GIMP?! pshhhh..

im here watching the teen choice awards- my brother has the remote -and i just realized that i cant vote! i am no longer a teenager.. myg0t im 20.

oh yea, my new cs clan is gonna be holding open auditions for someone to sing the national anthem before each of our matches. we originally gave the job to nelson, SARS's younger brother but were shocked to realize he didnt even know all the words! im sorry and best of luck to u in american idol 3. if u want an audition, leave a comment. all u need is a mic, a good voice, and to KNOW ALL THE WORDS!

the whole family was eating dinner today, and i noticed my dad was in his usual attire (wifebeater and some fobby shorts). well, anyways i thought his arms had gotten alot smaller and challenged him to an arm wrestling match. i mean, im 20 now and hes like 45 so i figured... I SHOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE HIM! now before i tell u what happened, i have to admit that im a very very poor arm wrestler. if u havent heard the stories, dont ask around.

so anyways, my dad starts talking trash throughout the dinner. he tells me how my other cousin, young, beat his father years ago and what-not. ...im not trying get no lip from a former pastor >:| i ask if he wants to do a foot race or a quick 1v1 basketball game before the arm wrestling match (i beat him in ball since i was 10). alright so..................... we finally get to the arm wrestling match and.. he beat me. he didnt just beat me but he would toy with me pretending to be struggling then laugh and push me back. grrr!! its all fun and games till someone breaks a hip..

i demanded a rematch within a week. so im gonna be working my right arm till it falls off. i mean cmoooooooooooon, i should be able to beat my father. please tell me im not the only guy out there that is still unable to beat his father in arm wrestling.

i saw this today and had to post about it. i went to the local mall here to see SWAT and as im walking in i see a glass door propped open in the entrance of the mall with a sign that reads, "out of order." now, this wasnt one of those eletronic doors that open when u step on the mat or whatever. this was an ordinary, as-common-as-dirt door. and it was still on the hinges so im just wondering.. hows it out of order? does it not close??!?

i just had to post it because, im totally lost and confused. that just made me go, whoa..

anyone else find it kinda sketch that xanga has been down for so long? i mean, i know we're all thinking it but no one is saying it.. DID ROY HACK XANGA?

the evidence against roy:
-just moments earlier he was telling me how so many people were signing up for tabulas since xanga crashed for the umpteenth time
-boy is sketch, anyone who has played poker with the man knows.
-dude can hack! (he threatens my computer constantly) and ever since he was hacked himself, i kno hes been looking for revenge on the internet world

ah, so the summer is over. its been a fun ride and the eats were the best, NO DOUBT! just wanna thank everyone that made it such a memorable summer.

now, as most of u have heard i did buy the 2k3 tiburon and yes i do love it. but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO i am no fob. i wanna thank the world cup for getting my dad all patriotic and pushing the tib in my face when i was so set on getting a civic.

school starts tuesday. lets make it hawt.

alright, so we had a bit of a get together tonight for the agape college students- plus han. we had a great dinner (thank u anne) and a short prayer/praise. then came the games..

oh my, where do i start? we started off playing this game which was a cross of taboo/hot potato and u had to get ur team to guess ur word. well the word list would continue around the circle and if u had it when the buzzer sounded, the other team got a point.

so here are some memorable moments.

the word jon had was "bottleneck" and what was jon's clue for his team? evolution -yes, evolution! hahaha, he was trying to get them to think bottleneck evolution.. what a dookie.

yea, that was followed by a short akward silence then some crazy laughter!!!

too bad soober wasnt there, or there would have been even more funny moments. actually there were more, but i just have a bad memory so blah.
