okok, i know i promised to give blood today.. but i just couldnt get myself to. im not scared of teh needle and i dont think i was gonna faint from the loss of blood. it was just pure laziness from playing basketball :/ i guess im a hypocrite, since i was telling people that didnt want to donate, that they were being selfish with their blood. blood that others need

i was talkin to my granny in korea last weekend (yes, i enjoy talks with the elders once in a while) and we started saying how much we wanted to see each other. then all of a sudden she asks for a letter. i think i hesitated for a good 20 seconds, cuz she asked if i was still on the line. I CAN'T WRITE IN KOREAN! im decent at reading and maybe a lil talking.. but i cant spell worth a mex. so what im trying to say is.. if u can write in korean, ill buy u lunch if u write this letter for me.

as many of u heard, we went to angus barn and ate some 40 dollar steaks. thanks roy! (free food is always great, but free food from angus = win) pics are somewhere on the net.

gotta get this off my chest first, THANK THE GOOD LORD THE EAGLES WON SUNDAY! i mean, how do u people give up leads like that in every friggin game?!

im excited about this weekend, because i might be finally seeing my favorite viet. way to go unc, having a different fall break from everyone else in the triangle :/ hopefully, we can get the gh crew together for some nice grub. its always nice to meet the people u spend so much time online with, but have never met in-person. can't wait to see if ralph still has the fro, see timmy's fish impression, and if chris really is "the pretty boy" in our group.

i mentioned this earlier, but football was a WHOOLE lot of fun last saturday. the weather, field, and even down to the number of people that showed up was perfection. great game guys. here are my awards.

toughest to tackle: this has to go to the blackistani, Donald. ur a beast.

biggest baby: thats gotta go to the best secretary this side of the mississippi, roy kim. cmon hoogen, its been 3 days already.

biggest heart: tony lee, i mean when ur 3 feet short and tackle donald all by ur lonesome.. u get the props.

smallest ghongs (balls in korean): all the state boys that talked so much trash but never showed

biggest bully: okok, thats me. i swear that tackle on soob's 15 year old brother was by accident

best hands: johnny moon. now if u could just finish a layup..jk

honorable mention: han (most inactive due to tummy ache), sun (most unneccessary ruffness calls), joon (most injuries), alex (tackled by soob award, ROFL), and soob (most sore from least amount of work)

we gotta do this again soon, before it gets too cold.

it was soooo much fun! im definitely gonna have to get a team going next year. really well setup and stuff. if u want to be on team soob, just give me a holla. (soob u can only be our mascot )

anyways, the game went down to overtime- and of course we won! the guys were really cool and thanked me for coming out. :D i had some nice plays. stopped all 3 extra point conversions and had some nice receptions.

the funny thing was that we played this marine/rotc team. and they had this one old guy that kep calling the quarterback sir. i mean this guy was like 50 and he was calling a college student sir.. i dunno, i just found that hilarious.

in a final note, i would like to reflect on a convo i had with someone recently. i told them that i hated fobs, but thats not true. i dunno where that came from. its not my place to judge and i was being a jerk. me so sorry, me love fob long time.

we lost our first cal match last night. it was also the first time we played with ralph in gh.. coincidence? i think not.

haha, i must admit. i really enjoyed seeing EVERYONE this weekend. from tim and his HUGE NC STATE shirt, ralph (minus the fro), jacky and his duck face, pete (just random craziness), jane (funny girl), bobby (sorry bout the cd) and andrew (random?).

it was great fellas, and although i wish it could have lasted longer.. some schools (unc) aren't on break.

we started off with some dinner at Grand Asian Buffet (is that right?) in raleigh. we must have looked like a bunch of tourists because we took so many pictures! everyone seemed to have a great time, with jokes, laughter, and sushi.

we then went to see kill bill. and it was super gory. limbs being cut off in every direction. but the odd thing is.. with 5 minutes left in the movie, we see this grownup and a little kid walk out. i mean.. U DO NOT BRING A CHILD TO THAT MOVIE! thats gotta be some form of child abuse

so anyways, we meet up again on sunday. just the asians (jyo, split^stream, sech and jane) and we go eat some lunch and hang out in raleigh. it was cool just shopping at crabtree mall and hanging in jackys dorm room. got some nice pics of us trying on halloween hats and such. oh we also got one of us 3 guys looking very uncomfortable in victoria's secret while jane was shopping :x

the entire weekend ended with us eating at quiznos and seeing ben affleck's twin brother. i swear, he looked JUST LIKE HIM! after that we said our goodbyes and left our seperate ways. thanks for coming up/down guys. hopefully this will help our team work and we can do it again soon.

i played the second round of the playoffs for flag football with the AZTEC WARRIORS! today. and guess what.. WE LOST. but if we lost respectfully, that would have been a different story.

im gonna say this once and only once so dont make me repeat myself. WE LOST BY THE MERCY RULE. for those that dont know what that is.. its when the other team is getting beat soooo badly that the refs "mercifully" end the game. we were down 44-0 with 30 seconds left.

im sure ill get over this by tomorrow morning. i still want to make a team for next year. heck i wouldnt even mind playing with the same guys either.

so in other news, i had an exam tuesday and wednesday. so now im freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. its a great feeling, but i know i still have papers and atleast one more exam till fall break. we'll see what happens.

its almost here.. and i just found out i wont be around to enjoy it oh well.. saves me the trouble and money. we were all gonna do some kind of group thing, like a gang of cows or something.

anyways, yush got his costume early so we took turns wearing it. came out pretty well, i think its suppose to be some stunt devil's helmet or something. yush got the kewl red shades too- it just ads to the ridiculousness

ok we made up some stories to go with the pics.
1. yush looks so cocky because hes a veteran. hes made jumps across 20 parked cars.. hes not worried at all.
2. this is roys first jump and thats why he looks so giddy and.. gay.

yessssssssssssssss! it is finally UNC's turn to have a fall break. so many things to do and so many people to see.. but first i must sleep. haha, i love spending precious time sleeping.

think i should give my aunt a call before i show up at her door in charlotte looking for some korean grubz? i mean it has been over 3 months since we had talked..

alright, so the fantasy basketball drafts have been done and i must say.. MY TEAMS LOOK HALFWAY DECENT THIS YEAR! im shooting for a top 3 finish in both leagues. (i want that free grubz- never underestimate a hungry sech)

ok, so after a year of crying for a new monitor, i have finally purchased my new 19 in. samsung 955df flat crt monitor.

it was originally 220 at staples.com, after a 20 dollar coupon, 50 dollars from yush for my old monitor, and free shipping.. it is only costing me 150 for my new monitor! *JUMPS FOR JOY*

unfortunately, this means i wont have a monitor till the 29th..

by now, everyone on campus seems to have heard about the famous speeding ticket by that crazy korean, sungjin. indeed it is true, i got my very first speeding ticket last weekend on the way back to school. i was listed as going 70 in a 55 work zone (thats a whopping 350 dollar ticket, jerks) ill be going to court on the 4th of december. all i got to say is.. racial profiling sucks- and so does getting caught while speeding!

surprisingly, my parents werent that upset. they told me just to learn from this.. and stop crying. i did both. im still trying to decide what to do.. should i do prayer for judgement? hire a lawyer for 200 and get this cleared? or just lie my butt off and say i wasnt speeding.

but u know what bothers me worse than the ticket? not having a monitor! i sold my old one to yush and now i have to wait till the 29th for my new one to come in. i never realized how dependent i am on my computer. come to think of it, i think i spend atleast 5 hours on my computer everyday. from AIM, web browsing, cs, and just plain laughing at my wallpaper (its the angry monkey from family guy)

haha, i was watching this movie about jerry seinfeld going back to stand up comedy. and there was this struggling comedian on and he was like, "u know what the sad thing is? there is a girl out there having fun right now that has no idea that she is gonna marry me. i hope she enjoys that fun while it lasts, because as soon as she marries me.. shes gonna look back to those days of fun and wish she never met me!"

just made me think.. i hope my future wife is having the time of her life right now. she's probably out there hiding from me, because she knows that as soon as we meet.. its gonna be the end of her life. haha, how depressing!

yush told me today that apparently there is a miniature sungjin roaming the unc campus! he said han pointed him out at first.. i must find this clown, how dare he rip off my face >:| now i know how super popular celebs feels.. people always trying to be like me, HMPH! :pouting like a spoiled kid that was forced to share his bike with 22 inch rims:

halloween should be grrrreat this year! i've got a peek at some peoples costumes and they look great unfortunately, i DID see han's... THANKFULLY, i wont be around this weekend because im going on a church retreat to virginia! im really excited and wonder how God will touche and change me this weekend. for those of u guys going out, have fun and dont make eye contact with han (u dont want others to know u know the BUMBLE BEE MAN!)
